Consumption

Not good,

Several cups of black tea with soy milk.
Three cups of Black coffee.
One black ice coffee with sugar and milk.
Muesli with kiwi fruit, banana and soy milk.
Aubergine and pork stir fry with rice.
Tomato and tofu salad with sesame(?) dressing.
McDonalds Quarter pounder cheese burger. Medium fries, 3 chicken McNuggets.

I'm a guy who never had much interest in doing sports or keeping in shape. I had occasional spurts of interest in sports or martial arts but nothing lasted. I would go through periods of training that could get me in something resembling a fit body but it never lasted and my weight fluctuated greatly. I've always wanted to be in fantastic shape, but have always put it off, been lazy. Well I turned 28 this year and I've finally decided to do something about it. This is for me, to track my progress and motivate me to keep on.
